How Dad Mission Works
So simple your kid can explain it. 15 seconds to read. 15 minutes to do. One question to reflect.
The Daily Flow
Every day follows the same 3-step pattern. No prep. No gear. No perfection required.
Get Your Mission
15 secondsOpen the daily mission card. Read the title, goal, and your Mission Briefing — the exact words to say to kick things off.
Each mission card includes the pillar (MOVE, FUEL, CALM, or CHARACTER), a clear goal, step-by-step instructions with age-tier adaptations, and a word-for-word Mission Briefing.
Do It With Your Kid
15 minutesThat's it. 15 minutes of intentional time together. Follow the steps, follow the briefing, adapt to your kid's age tier.
Missions are designed for ages 2–14 with built-in adaptations: Tiny Explorers (2–4), Junior Operators (5–7), Field Agents (8–10), and Squad Leaders (11–14).
Reflect Together
2 minutesOne question. One conversation. That's the real win. The reflection question turns a fun activity into a meaningful connection moment.
Example: After Bear Crawl Blitz, ask "What was harder — going forward or backward? What else in life feels like that?"
